Position Details

Our photography company (name to be disclosed to applicants that move past the initial stage of the selection process) is a pioneer in how organizations take professional team headshots at scale. We are a trusted partner to companies such as Boeing, Capital One, American Express, and other renowned international brands.

As an Executive Assistant (fully remote position), you will serve a vital role in keeping the organization running smoothly and efficiently by supporting our company's CEO in the day-to-day management of his calendar and inbox, and ensuring smooth business operations within the C-suite. Most importantly, you will take a lead in helping to monitor and prioritize the execution of strategic initiatives under the CEO's purview that can take our company to the next level.

NOTE: This is a remote, CONTRACTOR position (no health or retirements benefits) with opportunities for growth. We are specifically looking for applicants based internationally for this position.

Duties include, but are not limited to: building and maintaining strong relationships with our prospective organizational clients to ensure positive experience with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and answering questions. You will then translate customer needs to the Headshots.com team to ensure clients are supported throughout the production process. Your goal is to drive customer retention, loyalty, and expansion opportunities through proactive engagement and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth experience with our products or services.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, including decision-makers and end-users.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' goals, challenges, and expectations, and develop tailored success plans to address them.
  • Provide ongoing product education and training to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively utilize our product(s).
  • Advocate for customers' needs and interests within the company team, ensuring their voice is heard in product development, support processes, and strategic decisions.
  • Drive customer retention and expansion opportunities by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, renewing contracts, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights through surveys, interviews, and regular check-ins, and use this information to inform product roadmap prioritization and service enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • 5 + years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) is desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred:

Time Commitments:

  • Ability to work EST hours (8 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST)
  • Responsive to client and team inquiries
  • A successful candidate will be offered a 3-month trial period to ensure a good fit for both parties

Benefits Include:

  • Salary: $7-10/hour, based on experience
  • 35-40 hours per week
