We act as one team, working towards a common goal; to bring the world within reach. We relentlessly strive for better, but not at the cost of the customer. We act with humility and optimism, respecting ideas big and small. We value diversity and voices of all volumes.

Our B2B Product Marketing team is in search of a motivated Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about crafting and executing impactful go-to-market strategies while prioritizing exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be working closely with collaborators and leaders across the company, including Product, Strategy, Growth Marketing and Sales teams, to support the launch of new and improved products across our hotel and supply partner segments by devising winning go-to-market strategies, facilitating internal and external readiness for launches, and establishing robust, enduring product positioning and messaging for our partners.

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth for a suite of products that help our hotel and other supply partners increase visibility and competitiveness across our B2B distribution network to reach their revenue goals. Critical to success will be your ability to develop a deep understanding of Expedia Group’s audiences and our business and product strategies, while working closely with cross-functional teams to influence and optimize our roadmap and launch plans.

Responsibilities of the Product Marketing Manager:

  • Distill market, customer, and competitive insights to help inform the product roadmap, key business decisions, and the positioning of our products to various partner segments
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, partnering with Product, Marketing and Commercial teams, to drive adoption and growth of our products among hotels and other supply partners
  • Craft compelling, value-driven messaging that can be leveraged by cross-functional teams to drive successful campaigns and customer experiences
  • Lead clear, informative discussions that secure buy-in and alignment from leadership
  • Ensure Commercial and Marketing team readiness, partnering with Sales Enablement and other knowledge management and training teams, to develop materials and manage ongoing updates
  • Create pitch decks and demos with compelling stories for commercial teams to engage partners

Qualifications of the Product Marketing Manager:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a Product Marketer in a complex global organization, preferably in the B2B enterprise technology space
  • Adept at authoring and implementing outstanding insights plans and impactful go-to-market strategies that include positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation
  • Demonstrated ability to understand market and customer needs and leveraging that to influence product strategy and roadmap
  • Experience with Mirrorboard required
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word
  • Travel experience is a plus
  • Master storyteller who knows how to craft messaging that clearly communicates value to the audience
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of a complex organization
  • Commercial-minded and skilled at driving growth through a variety of approaches, including account-based marketing
  • Curious mindset and ability to navigate uncertainty exceptionally well, relying on data and insights to make decisions and pushing boundaries to strive for excellence
  • Highly collaborative and enthusiastic about fostering unity among teams, steering toward accountability, visibility and clarity in everything we do
  • Proficiently manages a multitude of intricate decisions concurrently, spanning diverse teams, time zones, and cultural contexts
