**Job Summary:**
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the staffing industry and a proven track record in business development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Business Development:**
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the staffing industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients.

  • **Client Relationship Management:**
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

  • **Sales and Revenue Generation:**
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • **Collaboration and Teamwork:**
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote [Company Name].

  • **Reporting and Analysis:**
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
