Position Details

The Hickman Agency is looking for Remote Sales and Business Development representatives to work as independent contractors within the organization. This role is 100% commission based and we offer a blueprint for unlimited earnings upside and business ownership selling Life/Health/Accident insurance. Job Details:

· Set a disciplined weekly schedule of initiating contact with prospective clients (leads available), preparing for and running client appointments (virtually, by phone, or in person)

· Build your agency as you see fit (we can help)

· Hold yourself accountable to meet your own personal and professional objectives and goals

· 100% Remote. Zoom, meet, phone, etc.

· Flexible hours. Create your own schedule.

· Compensation: Commission-Only/uncapped - 15% bonus increase the first 3 months

What we are looking for:

· Industry Experience is not necessary

· Excellent time management, and organizational skills.

· Goal-oriented and passionate about helping others

· Self-starter, motivated, success-driven

· Sales, management, business development, and leadership backgrounds are preferred but not necessary

· Proper Insurance Licensing (we can help)

No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, primarily the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.

Pay: $56,941.00 - $150,000.00 per year
