Job Overview:

We are seeking a virtual marketing agent who wants to work from home or is a digital nomad . We look for dynamic Sales and Marketing Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness. The management of your schedule and personal results expands naturally into getting commission based on production by people assigned under you as you are promoted to manager.

Travel the world, work from home, work a lot or work a little. Performance and task completion is all that matters how you deliver that performance is up to you

Duties:

- Execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services

- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes

- Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation efforts

Once promoted to manager after a performance trial a significant base salary is offered in addition to commission and sales bonus structure as well as an allowance for a Tesla.

Requirements:

- Strong drive to make a volume of phone calls

- Experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics
- Prior experience in advertising sales and lead generation
- Ability to interpret sales data and make strategic recommendations

This position initially offers a split offer based off net sales commissions which results in six figure pay for those that want to get started on top tier commission status right away or starter salary is offered for candidates that elect a lower commission tier, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth. After performance testing and trial period the higher commission tier will be included with a higher base salary without lowering the commission earnings.
