Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Market Researcher to help us assess the Total Addressable Market (TAM) for our company. The Market Researcher will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to build out this view of the TAM.
Responsibilities:
- Assess various markets and estimate their size in the US (but also globally) for the core business offering (online professional education) such as executive education, in-house training, and others.
- Using excel (prefereably but not required), arrange data in easy-to-read format, including scenario analysis that estimates the share of the market that the business could capture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
- Proven experience in market research or data analysis
- Some proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Excel)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and best practices
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience assessing TAM for other companies
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
