Position: Sales Manager

Location: North America (Remote)

Job Summary:

At MAI, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a flair for direct sales and a knack for nurturing client relationships. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of promoting our cutting-edge VR solutions, assisting our global distributors in achieving sales forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless product demonstrations and efficient troubleshooting. If you're proactive, personable, and passionate about driving sales in the medical or software industry, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Sales: Take charge of the entire sales process, from online business development and conducting compelling product demos to representing MAI at offline exhibitions.
• Customer Account Management: Provide technical support and manage troubleshooting events to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Distributor Support: Collaborate with overseas distributors to establish and validate sales forecasts, supplying them with the latest sales and marketing materials.
• Cross-functional Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to integrate customer feedback into product development, ensuring our unique offerings continue to exceed market expectations.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 3 years in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the medical or software industry.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and presentation abilities, with the talent to captivate and persuade diverse audiences.
• Personality: A tech-savvy individual with an outgoing personality and superior communication skills, capable of fostering strong client and partner relationships.
• Results-Driven: A track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals, driven by a dedication to sales excellence and revenue growth.
