Now Hiring: SaaS Sales Representative (SDRs) for the Facilities Maintenance Industry (Remote)

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced SaaS Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, speaking directly with incoming leads, conducting product demos, and using your expertise to close deals with potential clients in the commercial facilities maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with incoming leads to understand their needs and demonstrate how our software solutions can meet those needs.
  • Conduct detailed and tailored software demos that highlight the features and benefits relevant to each prospective client.
  • Perform diligent follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and ultimately close sales.
  • Execute targeted outreach to key players within the facilities maintenance industry to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
  • Utilize CRM software to track all interactions with leads and maintain an organized workflow.


  • Some understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • A light understanding of facilities maintenance and work order management processes.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage leads and build rapport.
  • Ability to explain complex software systems in a clear and concise manner that is easily understandable to non-technical potential clients.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with CRM software to keep lead data updated and accessible (Hubspot).
