Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our team and lead the sales of our innovative AI Agent solution. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to make an impact by connecting e-commerce and customer support focused businesses with powerful AI-driven tools.


  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential leads who can benefit from Shulex VOC’s AI solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and demos of the AI Agent feature to prospective clients, demonstrating its value in enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Deal Closure: Drive the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Client Onboarding: Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition and setup for new clients.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and relay client feedback and market demands to the product development team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our AI solutions.


  • (Preferred) Proven track record in sales, with a preference for experience in technology or e-commerce solutions.
  • (Preferred) Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business settings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • (Preferred) Experience in CRM tools (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
