Position Details

Job Overview: We are seeking a Sales Representative for our Employee Benefits SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have experience with Employee Navigator, EASE, Plan Source, Selerix, Admina Health (billing), or other SaaS/B2B software firms focused on insurance and employee benefits or experience with an health or life insurance carriers in group sales experience to brokers. This individual should have strong connections and established relationships with mid to large-sized broker agencies and aggregators, such as general agencies, enrollment firms, or TPAs.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience selling to broker firms. If you dont have this, please do not apply to this position.
  • No active contracts preventing employment with another employee benefits-focused SaaS firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your network of broker relationships to promote AgencyEZ's AI-powered Quote to Cash (QtC) benefits value chain platform, including full-service benefits administration, consolidated billing, and cross-carrier quoting.
  • Close SaaS signup deals for our platform offerings.
  • Conduct SaaS demos (assistance will be provided for customer demos).
  • Collaborate with inbound and outbound marketing agencies, provide feedback, and engage with leads generated by our lead generation agencies.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

Skills:

  • Strong broker network.
  • Proven sales relationships and sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good understanding of employee benefits processes and information flow.
  • Insight into competitor software products in the industry.
