**Overview:**
We are seeking a part-time Business Development Specialist/Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and development initiatives.
***In addition to our pay, member would receive comission of 2.5% of each hour worked on a contract they closed. This position will also allow the member to work any of the positions they close on, or other open positions so long as they possess appropriate qualifications. ***
***We Intend to incorporate this position as a full time employee as sooon as possible pending company growth.***

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in proposal writing and pricing
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Follow up on existing leads and identify new leads independently
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Brief Owner of status of proposals and projects you are engaging with
- Attend industry expos and events alongside management (additional compensation and payable hours available)
- Manage the Business Development email
**Requirements:**
- Must have experience writing proposals
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Knowledge of security industry trends and market dynamics
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent project management abilities
- Ability to work independently or with little supervision
