Position Details

We Need Your Help Selling Our Products

We're a small business focused on creating various high-quality products. For example, we produce pocket knives, decorative signs, offroad camping trailers, and a unique industry tool called a heat treat press. We're very passionate about what we make, but sales and marketing aren't our strong suit.

From us:

  • We're looking for someone results-oriented to manage our online marketing and drive sales across various channels.
  • You'll have the freedom to develop and implement your own strategies, whether it's social media marketing, email campaigns, or something entirely new.
  • We trust your expertise and won't micromanage your process.
  • The key is to build strong relationships, become a product expert, and ultimately increase sales.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute online marketing campaigns
  • Manage customer relationships through excellent communication
  • Educate customers on features and benefits of our unique products
  • Process customer orders and ensure a smooth buying experience
  • Maintain accurate sales records and contribute to achieving sales goals (we'll collaborate on setting these)

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Track record of success in sales and/or marketing (specific experience negotiable)
  • A passion for high-quality products and a willingness to learn about ours
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively

Bonus:

  • Experience with social media marketing and advertising platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles
  • Experience with graphic design or content creation
