We accurately measure each KPI and if we don't deliver they don't pay.

Each solution is tailored for the specific client and ensures returns beyond the initial investment.
For the first time, brands can actually track the progress of the solution provided step by step, allowing for utterly transparent and effective relations with our open startup model.
We are looking for a partner/s with business development skills.
Ideally, this individual would be a self-starter, result-driven with a deep passion for sales, growing, and scaling a creative consultancy with a twist.

You would work closely alongside our Creative Director.
This is a completely remote role, therefore you should be embracing both the flexibility and challenges of working within this environment.
Showcase and describe services and tools to prospects.
Tap into your existing network or channels in order to turn prospects into paying customers.
Propose new and creative approaches to retaining, upselling, and cross-selling customers and converting leads to growth.
We are looking for a partner in business development/customer acquisition to get customers to use our platform and solutions.
This could be an experienced agent who can promote the services in addition to existing services for existing clients in the relevant fields or a young enthusiastic agent that wants to show some skills and get up and running with a promising source of income.
We prefer agents who have an existing set of clients to work with and expand the offering to.
We are looking for our kind of people.
Super enthusiast, fun and easy-going, and not too-"salesy".
You are an excellent communicator and people person, you know how to listen.

What we are not looking for:
We are not looking for the 9 to 5 mindset, this is a contract type of job, not a full-time/part-time salaried one. At least to get started.

The model on the line:
We will be offering a recurring monthly lifetime commission. (As long as the client is subscribed)
This is just for the probation period, you will upgrade soon if your skillset and talent reflect on your results.
You are more interested in higher % from sales than the base payment.
