Position Details

Hello Robo is hiring a contract-based Sales Business Development Manager with the focus on SaaS product.


  • Strategy. Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Hello Robo goals and target market. Monitor and adjust strategies as needed to maximize success.
  • Market research. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities. Use this information to refine Hello Robo services and positioning.
  • Prospect outreach. You will reach out to new prospects through various channels, such as email, cold calling, social media, and networking events. Craft compelling messages and pitches to generate interest.
  • Lead generation. You will proactively identify and generate leads within your target market. This involves research, using lead generation tools, and networking to create a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with both potential and existing clients is crucial. You should understand client needs, maintain communication, and establish trust.
  • Metrics and reporting. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, sales targets, and revenue growth. Use data to make informed decisions.


  • Experience in the Digital design industry: Prior experience working in or with digital design agencies is highly valuable. This includes familiarity with the design process, project workflows, and common challenges in the industry. You have strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles, methodologies, and best practices. You should be able to explain these concepts clearly to potential clients.
  • Experience in selling services related to the SaaS industry. This experience can include knowledge of SaaS products, subscription-based business models, and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities associated with SaaS businesses.
  • Technical proficiency. While not a designer themselves, you should have a basic understanding of design tools and technologies commonly used in the industry, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
  • Client empathy. Understanding client needs and being able to translate those needs into design solutions is crucial. You should have a deep empathy for clients and their objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for conveying complex design concepts to potential clients and internal teams.
