Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the front line of our sales efforts, proactively reaching out to potential clients and introducing them to the power of iSelfie. You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and setting up qualified meetings for our Sales team. Your goal will be to showcase the value of our SaaS software and its potential to transform the way events are planned and executed.


  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other channels to generate leads and identify potential customers within the event industry.
  • Qualify and assess the needs of prospects to determine how iSelfie can address their pain points and improve their event planning processes.
  • Articulate the unique value propositions of our SaaS software and deliver compelling sales pitches to engage prospects effectively.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies, optimize lead generation efforts, and enhance the overall sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to leverage opportunities for business growth.
  • Use our CRM system to track and document all prospect interactions, providing accurate and timely reports to the management team.
  • Participate in team meetings, sales training, and professional development sessions to continually improve your skills and knowledge.


  • Proven track record in sales development, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related environment.
  • Strong understanding of the event industry and its unique challenges, with a passion for helping event organizers succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects and deliver persuasive sales messages.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
