Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Databerry, you'll play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and fueling our growth. You'll leverage your skills to identify, develop, and nurture leads, effectively positioning Databerry’s CRM ERP and CenterFuze’s SaaS solutions to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for sales executives to further assess a prospect's business needs and solutions fit.
  • Utilize CRM tools to ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and product enhancements to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in software or technology sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, SaaS solutions, and the technology sector.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
