Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, outreach, and lead nurturing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and improve sales processes.
  • Outreach: Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce Inigo's offerings and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively communicate Inigo's value proposition.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and outcomes to the sales leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or related role, preferably within a startup environment focusing on SaaS, B2B, and API solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to GraphQL and API management.
  • Team Player: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with the sales and marketing teams.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and track leads.
