Position Details

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through various channels and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct warm calling to potential customers to introduce products/services
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet targets
- Engage in inside sales activities to generate leads and drive revenue
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Perform telemarketing activities to reach out to prospects

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Retail industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of market trends and sales techniques
- Experience in inside sales and business development is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous
- Excellent telemarketing skills and ability to engage customers effectively
