Position Details

WhizkidMe is a kids virtual online live classes platform that offers 70 plus sessions a month across 15 topics for one low subscription fee. All classes are delivered live with real time interaction with the instructors.

We are expanding our offerings to corporate clients for them to be able to offer WhizkidMe membership as an employee wellness benefit. We want our corporate membership program to be a way for our corporate clients to help their employees enrich their kids' lives.

Job Summary: The Sales Director position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with WhizkidMe’s corporate clients HR leadership and departments and Benefits Brokers/ Conultants who can sell WhizkidMe’s corporate memberships as employee benefits.

  • Leverage your extensive Benefits Sales, HR SaaS/ B2B sales experience to drive new business opportunities with global enterprise organizations and Fortune 500 companies
  • Generates new business by contacting prospective clients through, but not limited to phone calls, email, and corporate networking events
  • Manage the full sales cycle with enterprise clients using a consultative, relationship-driven approach
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline, deliver timely and accurate forecasts
  • Be able to confidently present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
  • Educate potential clients and their teams on the transformative power of our products, building a coalition of Paradox enthusiasts throughout the organization
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Experience selling to HR is a key requirement

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in sales/ HR/ business or related field preferred
  • 3 years achieving sales goals of HR/ Employee Benefits solutions to Mid-market and/or Enterprise customers
  • Experience independently closing individual accounts
  • Ability to establish and manage executive level relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously Strong interpersonal and communication skills: phone, writing, and presenting
