Position Details Overview: We are a boutique consulting firm specializing in Data and Generative AI solutions, offering tailored services to help businesses harness the power of data and AI technologies. Our team of experts delivers innovative solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Part-time Hunter to join our team and help expand our client base.

Job Description:

As a Part-time Hunter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for’s product engineering services (Gen AI, ML, Data, Front-end and Back-end engineering services). You will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, building relationships, and generating leads that align with our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels such as online research, networking, industry events, and social media.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our consulting services and set up meetings.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand the specific needs and challenges of potential clients and match them with our service offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the Data and AI sectors.


  • Experience: 10+ years of enterprise/strategic selling experience and achieving sales bookings ARR targets >$5M per year in the last 3 years. Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the tech or consulting industry. Experience with data and AI technologies is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to potential clients.
  • Networking: Strong networking abilities and the capability to build relationships with ease.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Understanding of data and AI technologies.
  • Availability: Ability to commit to a part-time schedule with flexibility to accommodate different time zones if needed.
