Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through cold calling, networking, trade show and referrals.
2. Client Consultation: Understand client needs, provide product recommendations, and tailor solutions that fit their residential or commercial needs.
3. Product Presentation: Conduct product demos, either at trade show or client’s location, showcasing the features and benefits of our furniture range.
4. Sales Closure: Handle objections, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively.
5. CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in the company’s CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring all interactions are logged.
6. After-sales Service: Address client concerns post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
7. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demand.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the design, delivery, and customer service teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.
9. Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and activity reports to the sales manager.
