What You'll Do:
As a Solutions Lead (SL) at the B/Suite, you will drive sales across three key verticals: Fractional Staffing x B/Suite, Partners for Equity x, and Small Business Solutions x. You will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our sales goals, adding $400k-600k from July to December 2024.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Lead the sales efforts across the designated solution verticals, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Solution Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the B/Suite's offerings and effectively communicate their value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide high-quality customer service to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Tech Stack Mastery: Learn and effectively utilize our tech stack to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Solutions Development Representative (SDR), the Head of Solutions (HoS), and other team members to achieve collective goals and support the B/Suite's overall success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics.

You Should apply if:

  • You have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience generating $300k - $1 million in sales per year.
  • You excel in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

You have strong leadership abilities and can motivate and inspire team members.

  • You are proficient in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • You are adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Timeline

  • Round 1 Interviews starting June 17th.
  • Round 2 interviews starting July 8th.
  • Two finalists will join our team for a two-week paid contract.
  • One finalist will join our team part-time

Compensation

  • 1099 contractors
  • $14-$15/hour, capped around 50 hours a month (~$750 base pay) + commission (See the commission structure here)
  • $250 annual home office allowance
  • Company cell phone line provided
  • Eligible for free coaching and development
