Attorneys, and the clients they serve, wait too long, expend too much effort, and pay too much for medical and billing records, which blocks case resolution, denies justice, and delays restoring an injured person’s life.

Arctrieval (www.Arctrieval.com) simplifies medical record requests and improves access to protected health information. Arctrieval provides a unique, state-of-the-art software application that slashes the time, effort, and expense it takes to obtain and manage protected health information. Instead of waiting three or four months or more for records, medical and billing records arrive in 30 days or less. Attorneys and legal professionals save hundreds of labor hours wasted making telephone calls to follow up on missing information. With faster access to medical and billing information, attorneys settle cases faster, make clients happier, and generate more revenue.

For ten years of working with healthcare providers, attorneys consistently told us we were fast, friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. They asked if we could help them get records from other hospitals and doctors’ offices. In 2020, Arctrieval pivoted its business to focus exclusively on assisting legal professionals.

We are in a hyper-growth mode and doubled the number of clients in 2021, 2022, 2023, and will double the number of customers again in 2024. Arctrieval is solving a critical problem experienced by 130,000 law firms and has barely scratched the surface.

We seek an intelligent, creative, and reliable sales professional to join a growing legal technology company based in Phoenix, Arizona, drive growth, and reap the rewards for their efforts.

Responsibilities

· Effectively manage the sales pipeline of qualified leads, following up on existing opportunities and closing business. (No cold calling!)

· Secure new customers and achieve or exceed quota.

· Foster positive relationships with other departments, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

· Articulate Arctrieval’s solution, value proposition, and benefits to prospective customers.

· Effectively use HubSpot to record all activities and utilize CRM functionality to move deals forward and accurately update prospect status.

· Maintain relationships with existing customers.

· Ensure customer success by answering customer’s product questions or explaining features as needed.

· Collaborate with Arctrieval’s leadership for more effective marketing, improving the sales process, winning new clients, and delighting customers.

· Willingness and ability to travel to multiple trade shows to promote brand benefits to leaders in the legal field.

Skills and Qualifications

· 2 to 4 years of SaaS sales experience with cloud-based technology.

· Proficient with business tools, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HubSpot (CRM).

· Excellent communication and presentation skills through email, phone calls, Zoom meetings, client-facing opportunities, and industry events.

· Organized and detail-orientated so nothing “falls through the cracks.”

· Create professional and error-free work product.

· Familiarity with legal technology, plaintiff litigation firms, or the legal industry is a plus.

Details

· Compensation is base plus uncapped commissions.

· On-target earning is $118,000 annually.

· Stock options.

· Health insurance allowance

· Position is remote.

· 20% to 25% travel annually.
