We are looking for an accomplished, quota-carrying Account Executive to join our North American Mid-Enterprise Sales Team. If you're passionate about solutions-selling, comfortable with technology, and curious about supply chain, data management, and industry nuance, we want to talk with you.

Yes, you'll hunt for new business, and drive the sales cycle, but also participate in digital market efforts, lead generation, and closing. What you'll do

  • Easily communicate the business impact of extraordinary software to supply chain leaders across industries - mid-size and enterprise companies.
  • Develop sales plans to strategically acquire customers within an assigned account base.
  • Manage inbound leads in a timely manner.
  • Drive activity using multiple channels and resources inside and outside the organization. Prospect and generate relationships with new customers.
  • Adopt and execute high-velocity selling methodologies.
  • Navigate through complex organizations and sell to multiple decision-makers including the “C Suite”
  • Have a passion for driving customer adoption and satisfaction

This role requires

  • 2+ years in SaaS or related direct field sales
  • Excel in both personal ambition AND have a standout colleague
  • Have excellent communication and closing skills, and have optimally applied these in inside sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Inside sales experience with limited travel requirements (<15%)

Bonus points if you have

  • 2+ years in SaaS or related direct field sales
  • Technical background, with a basic understanding of SaaS, web-based applications, TMS, WMS, supply chain, shipping, transportation and/or logistics
  • Have experience with Salesforce and a plethora of software business tools, including Sales Navigator, Google Workplace, Slack, MS Office, etc.
  • Command of the Message or similar formal sales training.

Estimated On-Target Earnings Range: $ 100,000 - $ 175,000.

The pay range above represents a reasonable estimate of the on target earnings (salary plus target sales incentives) for the listed position. This role is eligible for a commission plan (as defined in the sales incentive plan document) and a competitive equity package. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
