Job Description: Are you a sales superstar with a passion for technology and innovation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and excel at driving revenue growth? Concourse is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and enjoy industry-leading high commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and surpass revenue targets, driving exponential business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence, motivation, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and target high-potential clients through market research, networking, and strategic prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients, showcasing the value of our innovative platform.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the executive team to drive strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a unified approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform and adapt sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a knack for building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
