Position Details

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Representative

Location: Anaheim (Remote/Hybrid Role)

Department: Business Development

Employment Type: Internship / Part-Time / Full-Time

We're on the lookout for a Business Development Representative who's passionate about growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing Client Partnerships: Identify and seize potential business opportunities in the home maintenance sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Lead the sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring terms that benefit both SmartFix and our clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Strategize with our marketing and sales teams to collectively hit targets and innovate in our approach.


  • Demonstrable experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Background in home repair or a similar industry is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Chinese and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • A go-getter attitude, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player who can also thrive independently.
