Job Summary: The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities within the medical, medical billing, pharmaceutical, and dental industries. This role requires a strategic approach to building relationships and a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by clients in these fields. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales and a passion for the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the medical, medical billing, pharmaceutical, and dental sectors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to open new accounts and expand the company's client base.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products/services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful account management.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 2-year experience in sales, preferably within the medical, medical billing, pharmaceutical, or dental industries.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market and clients' specific needs in these sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Business Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
