Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our company. This position is commission-based with attractive incentives, offering you the opportunity to earn based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their cleaning needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Present and promote our cleaning services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to close deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning services industry or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
