Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their cleaning needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Present and promote our cleaning services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning services industry or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
