**Job Overview:**

We are seeking proactive Sales Representatives to contribute to our sales team by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers a competitive commission structure with the potential for lucrative earnings based on individual performance.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead qualification to acquire new customers.

- Utilize various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to engage with prospects.

- Present and promote features and benefits to potential clients.

- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate product demonstrations and close deals.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

**Experience:**

- Proven track record in customer service, market analysis, business development, and sales.

- Experience in outside sales, negotiation, and technical sales is advantageous.

- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and utilizing tools like Hubspot, GHL.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a drive for success.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with sales processes and strategies.

- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

**Requirements:**

- Access to a reliable internet connection for remote work.

- Comfortable working on a commission-based compensation structure.

- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

Expected hours: 40 per week
