Position: Commission-Based Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our self-growth coaching program, "LOVE."
- Market our upcoming course, which includes worksheets addressing obstacles to happiness, fulfillment, and success.
- Utilize social media platforms, including TikTok, to generate interest and sales.
- Reach out to potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Inform clients about our early bird discount available until May 30th, and other ongoing promotional offers.
- Explain the value and benefits of our course, especially for newcomers, budding entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking personal growth.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with a passion for personal development and helping others.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, particularly TikTok, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Commission Structure:
- Earn $150 per sign-up before May 30th.
- Earn $100 per sign-up after May 30th.
- Bonus of $200 for achieving 10 sign-ups in a month.
- Bonus of $500 for achieving 20 sign-ups in a month.
- Bonus of $1,000 for achieving 30 sign-ups in a month.
