Position Details

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and have a proven track record of success in the construction industry, specifically within the concrete sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored renovation solutions and product recommendations
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the construction industry, with a focus on concrete products preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
