Position Details

Job Title: Sales Representative for Iozera.ai

Job Description:

Iozera.ai is a software development company and we created a product called "Kriss.ai" https://www.kriss.ai/ . We are hiring Sales Representatives in the United States to sell our SAAS AI chatbot on a monthly subsription to Dentists and Doctors across the united states. If you a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to work on 100% commission this could be a great opportunity for you. 100% Commission means you will earn a lump sum amount PLUS monthly residuals for every client you sign up. Sales reps earn 30% commission on all sales and setup fees. The set-up fee is $500 and the monthly plans are $199 and $299 for the premium plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through in-person selling, cold calling, networking, zoom demos and social media.
  • Present, promote, and sell Kriss.ai services using solid arguments to prospective dental practices.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through warm calling.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and create reports on sales status.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements:

  • No extensive experience required; however, previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Must be willing to work hard to launch and establish Kriss.ai in the marketplace.

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-based position with the potential for significant earnings. Sales Representatives earn 30% of the setup fee and ongoing monthly commissions. Additionally, there are residual monthly earnings for as long as the dental office remains a paying customer of Kriss.ai. High performers may be considered for a full-time salary position.
