Planta by Gia is a plant-based nutrition and lifestyle brand with a focus on educating about the benefits of eating plant-based. Most of her clients come to her hoping to lose weight, build muscle, and reduce cravings in a clean way. Gia (the owner, founder, and face behind the brand) offers both a "high-ticket" 1:1 consulting service as well as a "low-ticket" app for her clients. Your duty as an Sales Representative would be to to nurture and sell the high-ticket clients.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sales Representative that is driven to helping women start their weight-loss and health journeys. You will be conducting 30m sales calls (booked by our Setter) where women who are interested in learning more about the program will ask questions, talk about their health, and seek sympathy and guidance on the next "right" steps.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to inspire and empower clients to make the change and book into our high-ticket program.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of B2C sales experience
- Experience in video sales calls (on Zoom) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and adapt to the unique needs of each client
- Passion for promoting holistic health and a plant-based lifestyle.

Compensation:
- 100% Comission based: $3000 - $10000+ per month based on how many clients sign on to the program.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
