Position Overview:
Are you a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a background in civil/structural engineering, construction, or permitting? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with clients to understand their needs? If so, we want to hear from you! As a Sales Specialist at Licensed Structural Engineers, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in managing hot leads, handling inbound calls, and closing sales to drive company growth. This sales role will be primarily B2C. As a Google partner, we facilitate lead generation, eliminating the need for you to generate leads independently. This is a remote position so access to a private workspace and high-speed internet is a must!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise in civil/structural engineering, construction, or permitting to effectively communicate with clients and understand their project requirements.
  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries from potential clients, providing accurate information and guidance to address their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist with affiliate companies, including taking calls for a concrete company and architectural design firm, to support overall business objectives.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of civil/structural engineering principles, construction processes, or permitting regulations preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Access to high-speed internet for remote work or willingness to work from our HQ office in Houston.
