Position Details

Everpeak is a top-rated Salesforce consulting partner looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team. This role is a remote 1099 contractor position, not a full-time role. The time requirement will start at 5-10 hours per week and increase based on performance and available clients. You will need the ability to ramp up to at least 20 hours per week. All communication will be through an Everpeak email address and Slack.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day administration of the Salesforce environment, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, automation, and other routine tasks
  • Optimize sales, marketing, and customer success processes, including lead management, opportunity management, and customer retention
  • Security setup (i.e., Profiles, Roles, Permissions, Sharing Rules)
  • Lightning Experience Migration setup and best practices
  • Data imports, clean-up, and normalization
  • 1:1, train-the-trainer, and team training sessions
  • AppExchange installs and 3rd party system integrations
  • Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly CRM status meetings
  • Summary of Salesforce release updates and their business impact

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of full-time experience as a Salesforce admin
  • 3+ years of full-time experience working on Salesforce Flows. This includes Screen Flows, Record Triggered Flows, and Autolaunched Flows
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Salesforce admin certification. Other helpful certifications would be Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with peers and internal teams
  • Available via Slack and for meetings during 9:00-5:00 pm ET
