Position Overview: This is a 100% commission-based role with an uncapped commission structure.

As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing our valued clients while ensuring the smooth functioning of our recruitment process. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and our Recruiters, understanding their support needs, and providing them with exceptional service to facilitate successful staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and meetings, working with recruiters, etc. This can be done by doing the following:
  • Communicate with Recruiters about client needs.

Account Growth and Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services to existing clients based on their evolving staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop strategies for attracting new clients and expanding our client base.
  • Participate in sales pitches and presentations to showcase our agency's capabilities and offerings to potential clients.

Recruitment Process Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team to understand current open positions and client talent requirements.
  • Assist in candidate sourcing and screening processes when necessary, ensuring top-quality candidates are presented to clients.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing recruitment projects, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are informed.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of account management experience
  • Must have access to your own laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales concepts to pitch services to clients and attract top talent.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving recruiting landscape.
  • Initiative and self-motivation in proactively sourcing and engaging with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software, social media platforms, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation committed to building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Adherence to ethical conduct and integrity in all recruiting activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
