As a Senior Account Manager at Fertility Bridge, you will ensure the satisfaction of our advertisers.

YOUR MISSION

Should you choose to accept it, is to ensure Fertility Bridge develops great relationships with our partners.

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain an average advertiser satisfaction rating of over 9/10 or 4.5/5.

  • Proactively address strategy, insights, opportunities, and relationship with advertiser.
  • Service as Advertiser point of contact for all questions and issues on strategy, opportunities, insights, and working relationship.
  • Provide quick and accurate follow-up to advertisers- addressing questions and concerns within 3 business hours.

2. Re-sell 75% of advertisers for new campaigns within three months of the conclusion of their last campaign.

  • Proactively contact previous advertisers to keep them engaged and interested in Inside Reproductive Health
  • Engage the Sales team for additional support to close additional campaigns.

● Sponsor Overview portfolio, tracking all active sponsorships

● Working instructions and documented procedure for deliverables for advertiser

● Background on fertility field for you to study

● Terms of service agreement for advertiser.

What you may need to achieve the outcomes, that we do not have:

  • No system exists for collecting or analyzing client satisfaction metrics; Senior Account Manager will need to help build and test this.
  • Performance reporting for advertisers is still being developed.
  • Advertisers currently report their own sales leads.
  • Advertisers currently see the company owner as their main point of contact by default.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in account management, and business development
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Previous experience in reproductive health industry.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making
  • Prior experience in warm calling and building rapport with potential clients
