Position Details

FocusKPI is looking for a Senior Channel Marketing Campaign Manager to join the Field Marketing Team within our client.

The client is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead the execution of Partner-ready campaigns & collateral for their Channel (Resellers). This includes working with Product Marketing on messaging for Partners, driving campaign brief, design & execution with agency, localization, drive education and adoption of campaigns among partners in the field, and measure and report on effectiveness.

You will work between the Channel, Field, PMM and CLM (Customer Lifecycle Marketing) teams to own end-to-end creation of channel content within the agency, Elastic Digital, and using their TCMA tool, ZiftOne.

Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the US
Duration: 12 months contract
Pay Range: $75/hr to $92/hr

  • Create, refresh and maintain Partner marketing campaigns for products & solutions, sharing best practices and contributing to marketing knowledge of Partners, creating marketing playbooks for solution sales plays in Channel
  • Partner effectively with creative agencies to produce complete campaign deliverables such as: emails, landing pages, banner ads, social campaigns, customer presentation decks, white papers, eBooks, web plugins, campaign descriptions and onboarding material
  • Ensure the latest content for Partners is always available on the TCMA portal, ZiftOne. This includes driving in-depth content audits, determining what needs to retire or what should be refreshed
  • Ensure all partner communication channels are up to date with the latest and greatest offerings from the Channel Marketing team. Proactively share channel marketing campaigns, incentive programs and calls to action with appropriate teams via internal communication channels when needed
  • Manage program to collect feedback from Partners on their requirements for marketing with client. Measure and report back on Partner Satisfaction (PSAT) of the campaign program and TCMA tool
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in scaling B2B marketing activities for sales/partners/resellers
  • Knowledge of marketing campaign design and execution
  • Experience in marketing to highly technical and business audiences; including ability to message and position for each stage of buyer's journey
  • Fluency with a range of marketing tactics, including demand generation, social marketing, email marketing, landing page optimization, etc.
  • Knowledge of Zift solution [TCMA Platform] & JIRA
  • Experience with AI & knowledge of how to use it
  • Experience working with channel and resellers in the SaaS business
  • Experience working with agencies
  • Tech background (tech Saas) B2B or B2C
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Good with presentation skills (creating and delivering)
  • Creative and copy judgement, with a keen eye for detail; advanced presentation skills.
  • Ability to work across timezones in EMEA, AMER and occasionally APAC
  • Bonus if you are familiar with channel marketing automation like LeadRocket (CallidiusCloud), StructuredWeb
