Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calling to generate leads and set appointments for our clients
Leverage a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and social media, to cultivate relationships with prospects
Tailor your approach based on the unique needs and preferences of different prospects
Engage prospects consistently throughout the sales process, maintaining or elevating interest levels
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth transition of clients from prospects to satisfied customers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and communication
As an SDR at Cold Call Me you'll play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads, laying the foundation for successful business relationships
Lead Generation: generate and qualify leads, serving as the initial point of contact for potential customers Prospecting: Engage in outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach, to identify and create interest in our clients’ products and services within the ServiceNow sector
Lead Qualification: Assess the level of interest, needs, and readiness of leads to engage with the sales team
Ensure that only qualified leads are passed on to the Account Executives
Pipeline Building: Contribute to building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by identifying, nurturing, and progressing potential opportunities within the ServiceNow sector
Qualifications:

- Proven success in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role

- General understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
