We have created a robust SaaS-based Critical Risk Management System that has changed the way safety is managed in every industry.​

​Our system has been implemented in some of the largest high-risk operations in the world and together with the people who work in those locations it has delivered profound results. ​​

This is a 100% remote role (WFH) and the successful candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish.

Position Summary

The Technical Pre-Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting the US-based Sales team, addressing North and South America. The primary focus of this role is to support the sales process by providing technical expertise and solutions to potential clients or customers. This includes preparing customer demonstrations, understanding customer requirements and interfacing with the product development team.

This position works as a bridge between a company's sales and technical teams and therefore will require a strong B2B SaaS sales professional with technical understanding and experience in software development. The candidate will utilise a blend of technical knowledge and sales skills to contribute to sales success.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Technical pre-sales with key prospects including demonstration and consultations.
  • Establish credibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a means of translation between technical and non-technical audiences, both internally and externally.
  • Identify and document key customer requirements, challenges, and potential opportunities and articulate the most appropriate solution.
  • Work closely with the sales team to help close business.
  • Work closely with external channel partners.
  • Assist in responding to functional and technical elements of RFPs (requests for proposal).
  • Support the team to research, identify and qualify sales prospects.

Knowledge and Skills

  • B2B sales experience in SaaS solutions.
  • Qualification or practical background in IT/SaaS domain.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish languages.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation.
  • Effectively articulate technology and solution positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated initiative, proactivity, self-starting attitude, and ability to work with minimal guidance.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
