Job Title: Telesales/Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a remote sales rep to sell real estate coaching programs over the phone. Must be seasoned closer and have experience selling and closing a high-end product.

***Some basic real estate experience is required***

OTE (On Target Earnings): $6K - $10K/mo+ within 60-90 days for a high performer, with first couple months ramping up to that

Top Closer Earnings: $18K+

Core Offer: $3,000 - $12K offers working with aspiring real estate investors who want to breakthrough their real estate investing journey, using our company resources and capital.

Communication Channels: 100% Telesales via warm inbound leads

Schedule Requirements: The top performers on this offer are focused on it full time with high standards and high accountability.

• Expected Hours: Full time 9 am to 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday
• Weekend Hours: Not necessary but some weekend availability is a plus
• Team meetings held: 2-3/wk via ZOOM (times will vary)

Location Requirements:
Candidates must be based in the US or Canada.

Commission Structure:

• Cash Collected: Will reset to $0 at the start of each week
• 12.5% - $0 - $19,999
• 15% - $20,000+
