As our Territory Manager you will support key projects. You will work with our Business Development Managers and Sales Engineers to support all phases of sales and business development including identification, qualification, proposal management, and closing business.

HID TRISM Financial Instant Issuance (FII) Software enables in-branch instant issuance and activation of payment cards. HID TRISM is a PCI-compliant, complete software package that runs on a local branch’s network, fully integrating with existing hardware and all on-site processors — AP, EFT and credit card. The solution includes software, FARGO printers, printer consumables, and associated supporting hardware devices. How cool is that, right?

As our Territory Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Prospecting, estimating, providing quotations, relationship selling for the financial issuance solution.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to prospects and partners.
  • Assisting in the technical feasibility of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, competitors’ products, and prices.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and feedback to management on the market trend, plan for strategies to maximize our presence and ability to achieve success.
  • Traveling to support sales efforts to existing and prospective customers.
  • Attending industry conferences to gain prospects and increase knowledge of trends.
  • Interacting with prospects to identify, document, and analyze roadblocks to potential sales.
  • Managing complex Request For Proposals and compile detailed technical responses that demonstrate why HID is the preferred solution for Instant Issuance in branch.
  • Maintaining accurate accounts, opportunity and project data using Salesforce CRM.
  • Maintaining a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values, and business code of ethics.
  • Completing other tasks assigned as needed, special projects may require the employee’s involvement, or other responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent education plus relevant work experience
  • 5 years minimum experience in Sales or Business Development in high tech industry or related field.
  • Client-facing experience within the Financial Services industry
  • Experience speaking /presenting solutions to audiences of various sizes at industry or customer events.
  • Direct experience in smart card application a plus.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in United States of America.
  • Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
  • Travel and fieldwork including international travel may be required therefore employee must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport.
