Position: Tier 3: Outbound Sales Representative

Location: 100% Remote (US only)

Compensation: Base + Commission ($40k -$85k first year OTE), 1099

We are looking for any of the following:

  • Home Improvement Sales Reps
  • Experience selling to small businesses, contractors, remodelers, etc.
  • Naturally consultative sales approach (this doesn't mean soft-ball sales).
  • Self-motivated hustler
  • High integrity individual looking to learn
  • Entry-level is welcome (however, must show track record of excellence in prior engagements)

Day-to-day for our Top Reps:

  • Make between 100-150 Outbound Calls (3+ hours of talk-time)
  • Leads sourced from retargeting/outbound efforts
  • Diagnosing pain points and solving problems for people
  • Close your own deals (not setting appointments)
  • Building and growing your own pipeline
  • Working with the Director of Sales to drive customer acquisition strategies and grow our business

What you’ll be doing...

As our Lead Inside Sales for SMB you will be responsible for generating sales to companies within their territory that have 1-399+ total fleet vehicles as well as identifying new prospects in the market through cold calling and networking. This position requires a high degree of business acumen and communication skills to close sales deals.

Responsibilities associated with the position include:

  • Generating and prospecting accounts which will be supported by inbound activity and Business Development activity.
  • Presenting product capabilities through web-based demonstrations setup by own appointments.
  • Prioritizing activity and sales pipeline to achieve goals with an emphasis on managing personal time, productivity, and accurate forecasting.
  • Following-up on proposals and negotiating contracts with prospective customers in collaboration with the Managing Partner.
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients from initial contact through close of sale.
  • Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by Verizon Connect and awareness of the competition.
  • Working with the Managing Partner to help on board and train new hires as needed.
  • Leadership point of contact for team needs where needed
  • Completing all required documentation and reporting including call and meeting activity, forecasting and bids and proposals within assigned territory using Salesforce.

You’ll need to have:

  • Five or more years of relevant work experience
  • Three or more years of B2B inside sales experience preferred
  • Ability to respond with a sense of urgency in a sales-driven culture
  • Competitive personality with a track record of overachieving
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills
  • Receptiveness to feedback, a willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement
  • Ability to be a resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Requires a history of displaying leadership qualities

  • A degree
  • Three or more years of B2B inside sales experience

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $54,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

Job Overview

Uxcel is looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative who will join our team and help us drive the entire Sales process (from the lead generation to the contract closing) for the Uxcel Hire product initiative.

Your target market will be Europe, and you should be located in a country that your regular working hours cover all your target market's time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospects by email, phone, or other available channels, to generate outbound leads
  • Qualify outbound leads — learn more about prospects and decide if they are a good fit
  • Qualify inbound leads — identify, manage, and communicate with inbound leads
  • Work with qualified leads to progress them to contract signing
  • Manage the communication with customers and the team until closing the contract
