Your Mission: As a Sales Representative, you will work directly under the Director of Sales where you will run demonstrations of our software for prospects alongside other sales representatives set by our Inbound Marketing, Business Development and Channel teams. You will partner with potential clients to understand the challenges they are trying to solve and present how SHO.ai can solve those problems. Alongside sales, you will forecast subscription and services revenue in weekly pipeline reviews with the Director of Sales. You’ll also develop a strategy specific to each account to win their business by understanding all the people and departments involved in the decision and purchasing process. In this position, you’ll be expected to consistently document and iterate sales processes to improve results and all your activity in Salesforce. You will also develop a high-level implementation timeline for each potential client in the final stages of the sales cycle by collaborating with the Growth and Operations Team and use your information to forecast accurately on a monthly and quarterly basis. Preferred Qualifications and Experience: - Comfortable Cold Calling - Closers & Hunters - B2B Experience - Technology / Saas Experience - Comfortable speaking with C Level Executives - Experience working under the pressure of quota and adapt to sell the value of our clients services to executive decision makers - Strong written/verbal communication skills are a MUST - The selected individual will be ambitious, outgoing, self-motivated, positive, organized, good listener, strategic thinker and persuasive - Strong experience using MS Office products: Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as CRM software (Salesforce) - Comfortable doing virtual demonstrations - Excellent time management and organizational skills
Present, promote and sell our services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
